These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

2. General Terms and Conditions

2.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel your purchase should we be unable to fulfill them due to any reasons. Accordingly, we will contact you to inform you of such an event and consult you in advance for follow-up action to be taken (e.g. refunds, delivery of alternate product(s), store credit, etc.).
2.3 All deliveries must be received by persons aged eighteen (18) or above, and we reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify the age of the recipient(s).
2.4 We reserve the right to reject the purchase or halt delivery of product(s) if the recipient(s) appear intoxicated or are physically or verbally abusive to any of our team members and/or delivery partners.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Correction of information on Beerboys SG include, but is not limited to amendments to the prices for products listed on the website.

5. Delivery Terms and Conditions

5.1 Our operating and delivery hours are between 9pm to 3am daily.
5.2 Last order for delivery by 3am is to be submitted and checked-out before 2am. Any orders received after 2am will be considered as “Standard” delivery (refer to further information in Section 5.4) and we will contact you for your desired delivery timing.
5.3 In accordance with the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act, we will not deliver orders to public locations after 10.30pm Singapore time.

5.7 In case of any change in delivery details, please contact us at +65 9066 5528 indicating your Order Number and details of the changes. Additional charges may apply.
5.8 For failed deliveries, refunds are not allowed (see Section “6. Cancellation and Returns” for further details). Our service team will contact you to reschedule the delivery and/or to provide you with further options (e.g. provision of store credit, etc.)
5.9 Due to unforeseen circumstances – such as (but not limited to) inclement weather, traffic congestion, etc. – delivery may take longer than the stipulated time. In the event of such circumstances, we will contact you via your contact number and keep you updated on the revised estimated time of arrival of your order(s). We seek your kind understanding that the safety and security of our staff and delivery partners are of our utmost priority.

6. Cancellation/Returns

6.1 We allow requests for cancellation of orders will effect full refunds prior to confirmation of order.
6.2 We do not allow requests for cancellation of orders and refunds for failed deliveries, due to the logistical and delivery charges having been already incurred.
6.3 After confirmation of order and prior to dispatch of orders, a SGD 15 fee is applicable should you wish to cancel the respective order.
6.4 After confirmation of order and dispatch of order, a 50% charge of the total order is applicable should you wish to cancel the respective order.
6.5 For avoidance of doubt, “confirmation of order” is deemed as the time reflected in the “Order Invoice” sent to your email address and/or designated contact method after receipt of payment.
6.6 For avoidance of doubt, “dispatch of order” is deemed as the time in which a notification is sent to your email address and/or designated contact method notifying you that the delivery of product(s) is underway.
6.7 For avoidance of doubt, a delivery is deemed to have “failed” should, subsequent to confirmation of order and dispatch of order, our staff and/or delivery partner(s) not be able to successfully complete the delivery via the handover of product(s) to you and/or any designated recipient(s) within a reasonable time, upon arriving at the designated delivery location indicated in your order.
6.8 Refunds might take up to seven (7) business days to reflect in your bank statement, depending on the respective bank’s processing time.
6.9 We will review all requests for product returns on a case-by-case basis. Our service staff will keep in contact with you to update you on the status of the review.

7. Other Terms and Conditions

7.1 You are advised to examine all products at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies should be highlighted to the delivery personnel immediately.
