The whisky was then married in a Solera vat. This is a great staple 15 year old from the Glenfiddich distillery. The Glenfiddich 15 Years Sherry, citrus – orange in particular, dry wood. Slight suggestion of smoke. Medium, sherry, raisins. Fruitcake, spices, sweetness. Candied fruits, raisins, spices, Christmas pudding, oak takes over finish.
